- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Policy
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product should not be damaged or altered.
4. Refund Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged products
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
5. Reverse Pickup / Shipping
- Refunds are processed only after a quality check of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your bank account. Bank details along with a cancelled cheque must be provided for verification.
- Processing time: within 7 days from receipt and approval of the returned item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Free pickup is available for:
- Damaged or wrong products delivered
- For other reasons (size, preference):
- A βΉ150 return shipping fee may be deducted.
7. Order Cancellation
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share images/videos as proof via email or WhatsApp.
