• We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes only.
• Delivery availability depends on our courier partners and location accessibility.

2. Courier Partners

We use trusted logistics partners for delivery:

• Delhivery
• DTDC

Courier selection is based on your delivery location and serviceability.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities / Prime locations: Delivery within 3–5 business days
• Standard locations: Delivery within 5–7 business days (via Delhivery)
• Remote / non-metro locations: Delivery may take up to 7–10 business days (via DTDC)

Note:

• Delhivery typically delivers within 7 days.
• DTDC may take up to 10 days for remote areas.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within one working day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders across India.

6. Return / Exchange Shipping Charges

• Free reverse pickup in case of:
  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered
• For all other return/exchange reasons (size, preference, etc.), a ₹150 return shipping fee will be charged or deducted from the refund.

7. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

• Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
